Meet Local Table Chef Greg Myers

Featured Chef: Chef de Cuisine at Local Table Greg Myers

Chef Greg Myers is the executive chef at Local Table, the full-service gourmet restaurant at The Clubhouse at Willow Valley Communities. Chef Myers is an expert at creating local, seasonal cuisine and ensuring the menu stays fresh and exciting. Residents and their guests enjoy fresh and delicious “farm-to-table” creations paired with selections from the full-service bar in an elegantly relaxed environment.

Chef Myers started cooking at 15 years old and never looked back. He’s worked at restaurants all over the east coast. Fun Fact: He was the Area Chef for the 2015 and 2016 Masters Golf Tournament at Augusta National. He prepared the Champions Dinner for Bubba Watson in 2015 and Jordan Spieth in 2016.

Chef Myers has been with Willow Valley Communities for over three years. He received his culinary education at the Baltimore International Culinary College and is a graduate of the Greenbrier Apprenticeship Program. His favorite part about working at Local Table is having the freedom to cook, plan, and execute menus. He passionately states that “my one true purpose here is to create a memorable dining experience for the Residents and I want them to be proud of their restaurant, Local Table.”
