Willow Valley Communities’ New Urban Campus

Introducing Mosaic: A new way to live by Willow Valley Communities

Rendering of Planned Mixed-Use Tower

For those who desire the exceptional lifestyle that Willow Valley Communities is known for, and also seek an urban setting and vibrant downtown experiences steps away, we are pleased to present plans for our new urban campus in Lancaster City, Mosaic by Willow Valley Communities.  The downtown expansion will include a multi-story, mixed-use development at the northwest corner of Queen and Vine Streets, the site of the former Lancaster Newspapers production building.  The plan also includes developing a re-imagined iconic Southern Market Center as a bustling new food hall and community hub for all of Lancaster to enjoy.

The 20-story mixed-use tower will feature 146 two- and three-bedroom residences and exclusive amenities for age-qualified residents 55 and above, as well as street level restaurants and retail that will be open to the public.

Much More Than Simply Luxury Apartments

All Mosaic residents will benefit from Lifecare, Willow Valley Communities’ Type A contract, which provides short- or long-term care if needed in the future. With Lifecare, your monthly service fee does not increase because of the need for enhanced care later. Willow Valley Communities is the only exclusively Lifecare community in Lancaster County. All Mosaic residents will enjoy this important benefit, which provides the peace of mind of predictable future fees.
