Willow Valley Communities offers more than 100 floor plans to choose from to fit a variety of budgets and lifestyles.
In addition, Willow Valley Communities’ monthly service fee includes Lifecare, a contract that entitles you to short- or long-term personal care, skilled nursing care, or memory support, should you need it, without a change to your monthly fee because of the need for increased care. Lifecare gives you and your family the peace of mind to live a vibrant life today without worrying about care cost or coordination in the future.

The Ability To Customize
The Sahlers, residents since 2015, say their favorite part of the move-in process at Willow Valley Communities was their meeting at the Design Studio:
"We were able to pick a floor plan that fit our current furniture, remodel the fireplace, and even match the wood flooring in our new apartment to that of our previous home in Vermont."
Our dedicated interior designer works with residents to customize their new home, from cabinets, to counter tops, to flooring, and more. Additionally, residents are eligible for a renovation or a second move after 10 years.

Our 30,000 square-foot Clubhouse is the epitome of intergenerational fun. Complete with a bowling alley, outdoor pool, vintage arcade, and quick-service restaurant, The Clubhouse offers grandparents, adult children, and grandkids a space to enjoy together – whether it be a warm day or a rainy afternoon.
Camp Willow, Willow Valley Communities’ award-winning grandchild summer camp, offers residents and their grandchildren an innovative way to spend more time together. Kids enjoy a vibrant day program while grandparents attend to their own schedules, then they come together for dinner and a sleepover. Programming also includes activities for grandkids and grandparents to do together.
