Staying engaged with other people during this time of social distancing is an important way to stay centered and feeling good. Participating in social media is one way that you can be in contact with others while still maintaining your social distance. Facebook, a social networking site, is a great place to start connecting with others.

Things you can do on Facebook include:

    • Connect with businesses and celebrities
    • Share information on your profile page
    • See updates and posts from friends
    • Share photos and videos with friends
    • Invite friends to join groups and events
    • Chat with available friends
    • Find out what’s happening at Willow Valley Communities
