The Willow Valley Communities CNA Training Program is a 20-day educational program. It is a full-time schedule, with shifts starting as early as 6:30 or 7 a.m. The program is offered to candidates Willow Valley Communities hires as Team Members.
If a candidate is hired for a CNA position with Willow Valley Communities but is not certified, Willow Valley Communities will pay for the cost of the class, and we will also pay the student a wage of $11/hr while they attend the program.
During the program, students will have classroom time, as well as on-the-floor experience. Upon graduation from the class, students will begin working in the departments that they were hired for, and their wage will increase to $12/hr.
Willow Valley Communities will pay for students certification exam, and once the student is certified, their wage will increase to the Certified Nursing Assistant rate.
