Personal Care Communities
The Personal Care communities at Willow Valley Communities are designed to promote independence while offering personalized support and assistance with the activities of daily living, as needed, 24 hours a day in a safe and secure environment.
Personal Care is available at two of our supportive living environments on our campus, The Glen and Meadow Ridge.
Warm and inviting with all the comforts of home, our Personal Care communities set a new standard of care with carefully considered floor plans and beautifully appointed common spaces. Residents of Personal Care at Willow Valley Communities have peace of mind with safe and secure living on our beautiful 210-acre campus.
Wellness and Vitality
Health, wellness, and vitality are the foundation of life at Willow Valley Communities. These cornerstones are evident throughout our Personal Care communities. Our compassionate nursing team ensures that help and assistance are available 24 hours a day. LPNs monitor medication, as well as provide assistance with activities such as grooming, bathing, and dressing.

Our Personal Care residences are professionally designed for comfort, safety, and privacy. Choose from several floor plans that can be furnished as you desire. Each residence includes a walk-in closet, a kitchen area, an ADA-compliant bathroom, and an intercom for added security.
Nurture Your Mind, Body, Spirit
Residents of Personal Care at Willow Valley Communities enjoy many opportunities for social interaction and a full range of special events. Our Therapeutic Recreation experts provide a range of activities specially designed to enhance vitality. Plus, Personal Care Residents enjoy access to the rich amenities of our community including community libraries, culinary venues, and all of the amenities housed at the 80,000 square foot Cultural Center and Clubhouse.
A Culinary Experience
Dining is a special experience at Willow Valley Communities as friends and family gather in bright, elegant spaces to savor healthful, gourmet-style meals. Our Personal Care communities offer open seating and flexible hours for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which means that Residents are free to set their own schedules. Residents make their selections from a menu and are served each course by our expert wait staff, or prepare their own meals with their guests in our fully-equipped country kitchens.
