The Prescott’s monthly service fee includes all of the following—and more:

• Lifecare: Long-term care in personal care, skilled nursing care, and memory support should it be needed in the future without a change to the monthly service fee.
• Utilities: Electricity, water, sewer, heat, air conditioning, trash.
• Home Maintenance: Lawn care, snow removal, outdoor landscaping, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair/maintenance.
• On-Call Nursing: 24-Hour Residential Nursing support for emergency response.
• Amenities: Including but not limited to the fitness and aquatics centers, aerobics studios, art studios, bowling alley, sports centers, tennis courts, indoor/outdoor pools, golf simulator, 100+ clubs, and a vintage arcade.
• Dining: Flexible credit program for use at any of Willow Valley Communities’ dining venues.
