Construction of 120 deluxe apartment homes is anticipated to begin in the first quarter of 2021. Brian Rutter, Chief Marketing Officer
Brian Rutter is responsible for leading marketing, sales, public relations, and community engagement efforts for Willow Valley Communities. Prior to joining Willow Valley, Brian held a number of marketing, communications, and sales leadership roles at companies including Delta Air Lines, KPMG Consulting, and the National Association of Convenience Stores.
Margie Seagers, Sales Manager
Margie is responsible for overseeing the Sales and Move teams. She enjoys working to provide Prospective Residents with the information they need to make the best decision they can about their future, and to provide a smooth transition into the community for incoming Residents. Prior to her current position, she was a Sales Counselor with Willow Valley Communities for 4 years.
Justin Nolt, Operations Manager
Justin has worked on major construction projects for Willow Valley Communities, such as The Clubhouse and Providence Park. He also managed The Vistas, a 53 unit, five-story building at Providence Park. He is responsible for continuing the development of the Project Management team. With his degree in Structural Design and Construction Engineering from Penn State University, Justin brings specialized knowledge to every project. He also has an MBA from Penn State and completed the Finance and Accounting Certificate Program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
