I’ve been involved in many sports throughout my life – basketball, softball, ice skating, golf, and more. At Willow Valley Communities, I can continue my active lifestyle with pickle ball, ping pong, yoga, Zumba, and long walks around the campuses. I also get deep tissue massages every other week at the Day Spa. It helps relax the muscles and it’s good for circulation. Willow Valley Communities helps me find my center through physical activity and massages. That helps keep me moving forward.
