Our Vitality Cafe is the perfect place for a healthy lunch after a swim or a workout! Here’s a recipe for delicious Vitality Cafe Broccoli Salad. It’s a favorite among our residents!
1 head Broccoli
1/2 Cup Red Onion
1/2 Cup Craisins
8 oz. Cheese, shredded
6 pieces of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 Cup Mayo
2 Tablespoons Vinegar
1/4 Cup Sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix the first 5 ingredients in a large bow. Mix sauce and toss with broccoli mixture.
